Joan’s is available for private brand bookings, by appointment. The space can be used as it is, or shaped for each project through brand colour, temporary treatments, furniture, objects and styling.
A complimentary space visualisation can be created for each booking, offering a first look at how your project could live within Joan’s.
In-house creative direction is available for brands wanting to take things further, creating a setting that feels considered, cohesive and distinctly their own.

Joan’s Apartment is a light-filled, street-level shopfront. Intentionally simple, with a rotating edit of furniture, objects and display pieces.

Objects
A considered collection, ready to borrow.
Joan’s comes with a rotating collection of furniture, objects and display pieces, selected as part of the space and its evolving point of view.
Each project can draw from the collection differently, creating a setting that feels considered and distinct.
The collection evolves over time, with new pieces arriving and others making way.
Additional styling, sourcing and custom pieces can be arranged where a project calls for something more.
Rates
A day at Joan’s, $1,350 + GST.
Half-day, multi-day and ongoing bookings available.
For brands and agencies who find themselves returning, Joan’s Accounts offer flexible access across multiple days, projects and clients.
Bookings are generally available between 9am–5pm. Other times may be considered by arrangement.
Additional requirements can be arranged and quoted project by project.
